3. Account Registration and Responsibility

Each user may hold only one account on the 55l89 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any winnings or bonuses accrued. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method (phone or email).
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Not share your account credentials with any third party or allow another person to use your account to place bets or access the Platform.

55l89 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, particularly where fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or identity misrepresentation is detected. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held will be subject to review before release.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

55l89 supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient banking for all players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees will be displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your 55l89 account within minutes. 55l89 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; any such deposit may be returned and the associated account reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting valid identification documents. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits or a verified account in your name.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be processed. The rollover multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. 55l89 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours under normal operating conditions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

55l89 offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible account unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may carry a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable funds. Check individual promotion pages for the exact rollover conditions.
• 55l89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash and must be played through according to the applicable wagering requirement before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

55l89 is committed to fair and transparent promotional practices. If you have questions about a specific bonus offer, our support team is available 24/7 and can be reached at [email protected].
